    (85% Carricante, 15% Catarratto aus nördlichen Lagen auf 600m über Meer. 12.5% Alkohol, im Stahltank ausgebaut) Blasses Grüngelb. Die Nase ist fruchtbetont, zeigt grüne Äpfel, zitrische Noten, Grapefruit, auch Zitrusblüten. Im Gaumen rund, fruchtbetont, mit Schmelz, einer knackigen Säurestruktur, der Wein wirkt lebendig, zeigt im Abgang ein fruchtiges, mittellanges Finish mit feiner Salzigkeit. Ein sehr zugänglicher Wein mit viel Trinkfluss.

    Pop and pour. Lemon, salt, herbs. On the palate: lovely acidity, sea salt, lemon, lemon oil, good density. Solid finish. Nice vintage of this wine.
