Golden silver straw colored, light bodied, crisp bright acidity with notes of stone fruit, ripe apple and hints of pear and citrus on a tangy finish. Nice complement to Sole Meunière Almondine.
Personally glad it was unoaked (and why I bought it) so just Chardonnay fruit. Pear on nose and lemon and lees come out on first taste. On the drier side with a long finish. Similar to Chablis in nature. Still acidic which might reward additional aging but I don’t think the fruit is there to do so.

Wonderful, light chardonnay. As the name implies, it's unoaked. Light, but noticeable acidity makes this a really enjoyable balanced wine. Probably a little past it's prime, but still drinking great!

A funny Chardonnay Very drinkable, especially outside on a warm day. It is very neutral Makes you think citrus or tropical is coming but it doesn’t.

Offered blind to some friends. They guessed Chablis and white Burgundy, so I think that speaks well of this style and execution. Cheers!
