🐽 a bit austere on opening, floral, dark fruit. 👅 Soft, meaty, salty, black and purple fruit, Chinese preserved plum, an acidic zing on the finish, tannins are balanced and fit the wine perfectly now. Medium concentration, maybe a bit more.
Good. Worth about $65? Debatable but wouldn't be mad if I paid it.

Deep ruby red in colour. Nose of ripe red fruit and bright spice. The palate combines light- to medium-body, freshness, roundness and soft tannins. No more development. Young but ready to drink.

A nice soft red and blue fruits with star anise, clove and undergrowth. Palate is clean, fresh and rounded at the edges. Tannins are fine but prominent for now. Medium-bodied. Transition from entry to finish is slightly uneven, will improve with age. Drink this in 2-3 years time.

Dark ruby. Subtle jammy fruit nose. Chewey dark fruit, herbaceous, flint, light herb, rustic, touch of ripe fruit sweetness. Firm tannins, medium bodied. Fresh Youthful character, shows St Julien character.

Decanter Fine Wine Encounter (The Landmark, London): Slight stone fruit, floral notes, a touch of salinity. Juicy, savoury, textured burr proves a little woody and is, for me, a little too much for the light weight fruit. Meh.
