Day 1 with grilled pork chops with garlic-fennel rub. Fresh, plump, compatible
Day 3 vacuvin in fridge. By itself. A bit syrupy..but perfect after dinner red..
Day 4 last glass, less port-like and a smooth accompaniment to raddicio-sausage-beans
Was a gift..so no idea about price. Is a solid mid teens value

A genuine bargain. Fleshy, modern-styled bordeaux, rich, soft, some complexity, merlot to the fore, and most importantly drinking lovely at 5 years old. Even some secondary notes in the nose! Got it for $18 delivered!

Color, clear red. 1st nose, floral; 2nd nose, red fruits and alcohol. On the palate, good balance of fruits and tannins, medium to long finish. This wine is great to drink now, but can improve more for another 5 years.
