Pale lemon yellow color. Lightly floral and citrusy nose with decent acidity on the palate but a soft warm mouthfeel at cellar temp. Flavors are light and fruited but somewhat nondescript for me. Totally enjoyable with my son’s chicken tikka that had lots of spice but little heat. Pleasant “everyday wine” that is priced just above what I would consider a great value. Reliable and consistent year in and year out.

A: Pale lemon (water white) N: Medium (+) nose of cat pee, gooseberry, grass, smokey, sourdough bread, nutmeg P: Dry, high acidity but not as high as the Silex from the Loire or the McBride from NZ (type is zesty again in interior of mouth directly in front of upper front dentition. Shape is spherical again...NJ might have something), medium alcohol, medium (+) intensity, medium (+) finish C: Balance of fruit and acid, love the intensity and finish. Not complex. Its primary and secondary. I think this is made for early drinking. Not suitable for ageing. No sign of tertiary ageing and its 3 years old.
Bordeaux. More body and more texture so fruit reaches all over mouth. In Napa, the fruit is felt on tongue and the acidity is softer. The fruit and acidity is more integrated in US yes U.S. Sauvignon Blanc.

My idea of a perfect Sauvignon Blanc. Not grassy or citrusy. Mellow flavor tinged with pear or peach. Far less acidic than most SBs. The wine was a little spritzy in the glass, but not noticeable drinking. Different than most SBs -- in a good way, IMO.

Aromas of white peaches and limes with mint, celery seed, white flowers, honey. Light and brisk with lemons and white peaches, guava. Notes of mint and white flowers. Ripe and fun, juicy but bright.

Sweet wine, but not citrusy. Just lightly acidic. Great wine with cheese.
