  Unusual yellow, suspicious if corked. But a quick swirl later all worries are left. Nose show lemon, green apples, grass, touch of tropical fruit and clean. A little change in character on the palate with melon honeydew, mature lemon, white flowers and apples. Still a nice acidity keeping everything in balance. Such a great qpr. Last bottle (now I see this is a 2018-vintage). I wonder if it is time to drink up the vintage

  Über drei Tage probiert.
  
  Dabei wechselt die Nase von Anfangs Erdbeeren mit frischer Sahne (!!, dachte zuerst ich hätte versehentlich Ürziger Würzgarten gegriffen) über eine sehr hefig gebackene und steinfruchtige bis hin zu einer sehr klaren maritimen Note mit Limettenzesten und frischem Fenchelkraut.
  
  Am Gaumen mit wunderbarem Fruchtbiss, ich finde der partielle Holzeinsatz macht sich hier durch eine ganz wunderbare Haptik bemerkbar. Außerdem hat’s eine hohe innere mineralische Spannung mit einem auch hier recht grün-zitrische und leicht zestigen Säurekick. Dadurch bekommt auch dieser Wein eine sehr animierende leichte Bitterkeit und die Harmonie dieser Komponenten macht schon echt Spaß.
  
  Ganz leicht warm im Abgang, stört aber nicht weiter. Sehr guter Wein und mein Hirn funkt sofort völlig ungefragt „Gegrillter Meerfisch mit Kräutern und Zitrone dazu, bitte.“

  Korrekt og druetypisk alvarinho med fersken, pelifixlim og karse på duft. Elegant og frisk i munnen. Faktisk lettere munnfølelse enn standardutgaven av Soalheiro. Veldig bra vin til prisen
