  아마 와인을 좀 마셔봤다는 사람들 이 와인 마셔보고 정보 찾아보면 놀랄 것이다.
  그 놀랄 정보를 먼저 알려주자면 블렌딩이고, 피노누아가 60프로라는 것.
  샴페인이란게 피노누아, 뫼니에, 샤도 스까인데 이게 왜 놀라운건지는?
  
  노즈에서는 유명 샴페인 하우스의 플래그십답게 꽤나 다양한 향기가 나는 편이다.
  주도적으로는 막걸리와는 조금 결이 다른 누룩향이 나는데 아주 고급스러운 청주같은 느낌.
  이어서 시트러스 계열의 과실향도 꽤나 진한 편이다.
  
  팔렛에서는 따르자마자 마셨을 때는 생각보다 산도가 강해서 놀랐다.
  그래도 2009년이면 15년이 흘렀는데 아직도 강하기에 이건 무조건 샤도네이 백프로의 블랑 드 블랑이라고 생각했다.
  그런데 참 사람이 간사한게 피노누아 60%, 뫼니에 10%를 들으니 괜히 그때부터 캬라멜같은 풍미가 느껴지기 시작한다.
  
  샴페인은 음식과 매칭이 어려운 편이 아니라고 하는데 이정도 샴페인까지 오니 음식과의 조합이 쉽지 않다.
  의외로 섬세한 향이 재미있게 느껴지니 소세지랑 먹으니 오히려 그 섬세함이 사라지고 괜찮은 탄산감만 남아버렸다
  그럴거면 차라리 음식은 카스랑 먹지란 생각을 자연스럽게 하게 된다.

  Family Holidays; 7/28/2023-9/10/2023 (Alicante - España): By the glass. Blend of 65% Pinot noir with 30% Chardonnay and 5% Meunier. Ten years of aging in barrels. Alcoholic volume of 12%. On the nose the memories of peaches, yellow plums and floral notes of jasmine and honeysuckle triumph over the rest of nuts or pizza. On the palate it is offered as a full-bodied champagne, fragile but with density, multifaceted and very long. Recommended in its style. Bottle with a sinuous shape that follows the tradition of remembering past times.
  
  Por copas. Ensamblaje de un 65% Pinot noir con un 30% Chardonnay y un 5% Meunier. Diez años de envejecimiento en barrica. Volumen alcohólico de un 12%. En nariz los recuerdos a melocotones, ciruelas amarillas y las notas florales a jazmín y madreselva triunfan sobre el resto de frutos secos o masa de pizza. Al paladar se ofrece como un champagne de buen cuerpo, frágil aunque con densidad, multifacético y muy largo. Recomendable en su estilo. Botella con una sinuosa forma que sigue la tradición de recordar tiempos pretéritos.

  Score! Vintage cuvée Deutz in Cathay lounge!
  Lovely pale to medium lemon in glass. Medium sized bubbles just floating up like snowflakes in reverse. Ripe nose and even riper palate. Lemon peel, ripe yellow apple, pastry, hay and honey. This wine is developing.
  Palate is dry, med + acidity, med alc, med body, med+ flavor intensity, med finish. This wine is good to very good with some complexity to it that will likely increase with time. Drink now or hold for an even better experience.

  From a magnum. Ripe and rich, with refreshing bead and structure. Pinot dominated. One of those wines you can share and simply enjoy without any serious reflecting, but one that offers complexity and a medley of flavors and textures to ponder. I like many of the wines from this house.
