  • Attilio Ghisolfi Zoom tasting. Drank in Grassl Cru.
Appearance is clear, pale intensity, ruby colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of fresh floral roses + fresh tar, red cherries, ripe strawberry. Developing.
On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium+ alcohol, fine high tannins, full body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of sour red cherries, pretty red cherries, ripe strawberry, underlying stony minerality, fine tar. Sweet tea leaf with more air. Lots of structure but oh so fine. Very long finish.
Very good quality. Young and already very expressive. Will still go on to drink well over the next 10 years.
