  The fullness of the body of this Sauvignon Blanc is amazing. No wimpy, washed out SB here. The mouthfeel is round but not at all flabby with the acidity maintaining a near perfect balance between crisp and full bodied. Flavors of apricot, quince, and mineral with lymon quietly in the background. On the finish, smoke and anise linger for a pleasant moment. No boxwood to speak of. 15% alc. (!) but it shows no heat whatsoever. With mussels with pancetta with tomato and red pepper broth; a great pairing. 02.24.24. Recommended, but leaning hard toward Highly Recommended.

  Nice nose of apple and pear. More luscious fruit on the palate, yello apples and melon. Showing signs of the ripe year and for me lacked a touch of acidity that I look for here. Correct in every sense and still enjoyable!
