  My gut feeling is that this wine was a good but not outstanding Chardonnay. Quite full on the palate but for me it lacked elegance

  Delicious and complex nose. Only a slight hint of butter and also some green notes (such as asparragus) that I connect more to Sauvignon Blanc than to Chardonnay (my secret sources consulted after tasting tell me that there is indeed some Sauvignon Blanc in this wine ;)
  Excellent taste, juicy, excellent acidity and length.
