2nd wine shared with visiting friends from México. I suggested they try another Syrah after the Shiraz from Australia. This Napa Valley Syrah was more like I expected from an Australian Shiraz. More jammy and black plum and licorice. The least favorite of the 3 we drank for everyone. I also expected more from this Producer. At least we all had the opportunity to taste both styles.
