At Le Clos du Roy Wine Bar, St Emilion. Plum, red fruit, touch of smoke and mushroom. Medium/full, supple tannins, spicy plum fruit, turning red with vibrant acids, medium/good length finish. Enjoyable!

Fully mature, medium-bodied, soft, earthy, truffle-packed wine with hints of cocoa and red plums that is at its peak of maturity.

Occasional dinner group; TOP Bordeaux 1999 (@ Two Michelin * Restaurant Boreas in Heeze, Netherlands.): In the bouquet creamy black berries, still a bit locked. Ripe dark berry fruits and some depth. Juicy wine with good and fresh acidity.
