  Light to medium golden. From Riedel Riesling Vinum GC. This opens with a mineral driven nose with stony and smoky components that adds some fruity notes as white peaches and citrus notes most likely grapefruit. Very nuanced and complex. As the nose is not very explosive or with high intensity first, but highly elegant and precise, my first impression of the palate is one of a dense, concentrated, deep and powerful highly extracted wine. Honestly I don't know how much sugar is in it. It feels a little sweet, but this could easily be a result of its high extract (glycerin as a byproduct of fermentation is sweet as well, 14,5% alc. !). Nevertheless it is beautifully balanced with its fruit, minerals, sheer power and acidity. And there is enough of it to keep it fresh and focused, though I have to admit it shows surprising low acidity given my expectations. This is fully mature to drink and should hold through for a decade or more if perfectly cellared. Even at 16-18° C it never shows its alcohol. In fact this is a perfect drinking-temperature in my opinion. Long, very long and with some air and time in the glas from the opened bottle it even gets longer and more and more deep and dense showing its unbelievable concentration. Most likely one of the, if not the most, concentrated white wine I ever had, yet there is just elegance and complexity. 99 points from Stephan Reinhardt for the WA and, well I don't know when should I give points for a perfect palate if not yet. 5/14/20/10.

  Masterclass with Stephan Reinhardt: 2019 Grüner Veltliner (The Dolder Grand, Zurich): Glass: Schölzle Universal
  Clear, medium golden color. Very deep, intense, rich and complex nose. On the palate deep, rich, bold, round and creamy. Also a bit hot, but nevertheless elegant and with a good balance. Lots of tropical fruit, not much botrytis. Juicy and spicy, very long finish. Keep it for a decade. 94+

  Extreme Dichte und Frische, Agrumes, Nase eher leicht, dafür schwerer Körper bei guter Säurer. Tolle Länge. Großer Wein
