NYWE Black color. Dark sweet ripe mulberry aromas. Rich pure powerful dense fruit driven with great mouth filling quality. Loads of spice and wild floral characters. Wow! A hedonistic pleasure.
Wine Spectator #8
Near Pacific Ocean, mountain of well draining soil similar to Bordeaux. Big temp changes. Vineyard from 2 parts. Densely planted. Early March harvest and high natural acidity. 50% Malbec & 50% Cot (French Clone of Malbec) vintafy in amphora the Cot to reduce austerity.

Big and bold, yet smooth and silky. Dark berries, mocha, vanilla, spices, cherry tart and earth/mineral notes intertwine to create a marvelous wine from start to finish. Smooth tannins and lingering chocolate mousse flavors leave me wanting more. One of the finest examples of Malbec I’ve had the pleasure to enjoy. Phenomenal juice.

Wine Spectator 40th Anniversary; 10/21/2021-10/23/2021 (Marriott Marquis): From a magnum. This is a big wine. Lower acid. Not exactly extra ripe though it's very full-bodied. Red fruits and soil and so the flavoring is a bit more balanced. Interesting to try.
