  Popped and poured. In a great place right now, but still young with room to improve for 5 years or more. taste of cherries and raspberries, with just a very slight touch of earthiness.
  I'm glad that I have a few more bottles of this vintage.

  This is a Pinot Noir very telling of the light yet wonderful Windy Oaks style. Always light in the glass in terms of color, clean and refreshing with many delicate and light flavors. Aromas of strawberry and cherry, perhaps some mushroom in there as well. Subtle use of oak in the mouth with a light to medium mouthfeel. Not super complex, but very drinkable. Lovely and delicate style, recommend not aging in the cellar for that long. Highly recommend having these Windy Oaks Pinot Noirs with light dishes otherwise the food will overpower the wine.
  
  If you want the best bang for your buck, the estate cuvee is probably the way to go. I find it to be the richest in flavor out of all of them. Nice $40 Pinot that is very lovely, I find the $60 Pinots are nice, but not $20 nicer if you understand what I’m saying.
  
  If there are any draw backs I’d say they are all quite similar Pinot Noirs, yet have their own subtle differences. Also they are not shy about their prices, but nice wines for a couple times a year.
