Popped and poured at 40 degrees F. White pepper, floral, a bit of stone fruit and citrus on the nose. Medium + acidity on the palate . Medium mouthfeel . Citrus comes through on the finish. Paired with a dish with udon noodles , tofu, and asparagus . It was a good pairing .

A lively fresh nose with peas, cucumber, some briny saline notes, salad herbs and subtle florals On the palate it's lithe, detailed, and mouthwateringly fresh. Another lvovely version of this wine. Delightful. 92

heavily reduced at first, oily, petrol notes and gruner savory white pepper tones, but the brown juicing that this produces uses for complexity and longevity didnt show through, two days later the remaining 1/2 bottle of this wine was tired, oxidized, with just apple cider notes.
