  Wow. This was excellent. Popped and poured at Canard. Nice ruby without noticeable bricking. Nose is deep with dark fruits and licrorice with some underbrush and spice adding complexity. Full in the mouth and long. No signs of slowing down. This is near peak but seems like it will hold nicely for several years. Try again in 3-5 years.

  Wow, showing great, still youthful yet some hints of development and exotic spice. Loaded with glaceed fruit and heady dark chocolate mineral bing cherry. Candied lavender/cherry notes, almondwood. Great.
