  Guess I have a cold house because this didn't open up for me until Day 3, when it showed an elegant and pretty plum-cherry nose, great balance in the mouth, persistence, and tannic grip. Excellent. 92.

  VDS 2-99-3. Domaine Denis Bachelet, Gevrey-Chambertin V.V 2019
  
  최근 마신 빌라쥐 완성도가 가장 높은 중에 복합미 최고 인듯. 오픈 초반엔 노즈가 완전 잠겨있었는데 입에선 가죽, 버섯, 나무, 스파이시, 향신료를 필두로 검붉은 베리까지 입안 채웠다.
  시간이 지남에 따라 입에서 느껴졌던 향들이 하나 둘 차례대로 피어올라 즐거움을 선사했다. 작익은 빈티지 2012가 무척이나 궁금해지는 노즈 였다.
  팔렛에서는 어림에도 매끄럽게 잘 다듬어진 부드러운 탄닌은 놀람움을 선사했다. 밸런스는 물론이고 실키한 질감이 비교대상이 떠오르지 않을 정도였다.

  (SYP) PNP
  Fully open for business, with alcohol infused berries, blackberries, spices, violet and minerals. It is silky, supple and racy with a bit of warmth to the finish. First time tasting this wine in bottle, and I'm glad it lived up to my expectation.

  Great bottle. Light for a Gevrey - reflecting more polish than muscle. But balanced and fruit forward, fun to try some ‘19s a little early, will be fun to see where they go.

  Great village wine. Tons of stuffing, so much in the bottle. Dark fruit, sour cherry, nuance, restrained power. Coiled up intensity wanting to come out. I imagine this will be fantastic with time. This is more accessible than a Corbeaux from 6 months ago which was shut hard. Similar tight-walk intensity though.
