Beautiful amber tone. Needs time to breathe. VA are intense right out of the gate. With time shows more of its personality. Blood orange and honey. Very smooth.

Floral with brazil and hazelnuts. Smooth medium bodied structure. Dry finish with oxidative notes mixed in to blood orange, lemons, apple cider, caramel and mixed nuts. Lingering creaminess on the pallet. Drink now-2032.

Pure Spirits 1st grand tasting (George Lycabetus Hotel): 500ml , 12.50% Amber brown in color, flanders rouge notes, lemon-y acidity, acetic bacteria, a bit gamey, palate showing tight tannins, high acidity, ripe citrus, quince, bergamot, bitter orange, lean body, notes of evolution, almond, medium finish

First time trying a wine from this acclaimed producer. It was a big disappointment since a huge amount of VA was covering almost any other perfume in the wine (I could catch a bit of honey and nuts, but just like shadows behind a paper wall). I hope it was an isolated case and the next bottle will be satisfying.
