Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Day 1: Currently elemental and not ready to go. On the nose a distinct green stem component leads the way. Have to concentrate hard to make out fruit on the nose although it's there. The palate is much the same, with stems first, then blue and maybe black fruit, then pepper and tannin.

Left in decanter covered overnight. More integrated. Less green on day 2. Not sure I get the 97 point Galloni review currently but perhaps (hopefully) this will develop into what he writes.
