  I think just over the hill. Funky aroma that didn’t go away. Waited too long to drink

  Deep garnet color. Hints of eucalyptus and mint on the nose as expected. Some fruit still remaining but heavier notes of mocha and mushroom. Decanted approximately an hour before drinking. Should have opened earlier. Has held up remarkably well. wonderful complement to post Christmas standing rib roast with the entire family.

  With MPL and Robert Finnegan at London Wine Bar in SF. Deep ruby. Somewhat strange nose, fruit with a hint of licorice, but still somewhat closed. On the palate, tarry, very dense, full flavors. A different style of Cabernet. 4-7-10-4: 75/100.
