  Stacked with incredibly dense yet silky palate material, balancing the weight of the ripe tree fruit with good mineral grip. Plenty of oak that's not fully integrated yet, and sufficient acidity. Grand cru weight. Excellent now, with potential for more.

  Chassagne Ruchottes / Vosne-Romanée Grand Cru tasting (Groot-Ammers, Netherlands): After the absolutely spectacular 2020 this feels a bit heavy-handed, but the style du maison is clearly discernible, the purity and precision are second to none, but the vintage expression is a bit warmer and weightier, and the fruit does not shine as brightly; it’s a more savoury wine with a hint of lovage; excellent resonance and length.

  刚开瓶是弥漫开来的奶油、芝麻坚果油以及黄果和带有纵深感的小白花。口感饱满圆阔但还不是很严丝合缝，结构比较大，密度高，总体能感觉田块带来的果实质量很高，酸度也能支撑整体。口感中有平正芬芳的苹果和柑橘味。在杯中摇晃则会出现一些新鲜香草、柠檬和橙花的香气，翩翩飞飞，口感会慢慢变得柔顺。
  
  醒酒器半个小时后，香气中出现延展的奶香、檀木，此时香气中开始带有一些香水的质地，果味中淡淡的油桃味出现。杯中再置20分钟，则香气中出现些许黄油和板栗的香气。此时喝起来更为顺畅，同其结构和饱满感相得益彰。口中苹果、柑橘、油桃和一点热带果味以及桶味结合，很是充实，收尾长。
  
  两个小时后，香气和口感中的立体感和攥握的凝聚力量感体现出来。到了两个半小时，尤其是瓶中的酒，全然如同香水一般，浓缩的菠萝汁，白花精油。口感也在不断舒展自身，一层叠着一层。而在之后的发展中，口感更加厚实，到了第四个小时的时候，瓶中的酒喝起来亦然，但此时多了些许成熟采撷下来的水蜜桃味，香气在沉稳大气之余多了几分活跃和享乐。95-96/100
