Grand Cru Shiraz (The four seasons hotel, the rocks, sydney): Blackberry, plums, sweet spice, concentrated but not overtly jammy fruit shows a little boysenberry, clay. Concentrated, dense, black fruits, earthy, chewy tannins, alcohol warmth.
