  • The garrigue is strong here, but, not too strong, as you find layers of perfectly ripe, cherries, kirsch, strawberries and spice. On the palate, the olive and bouquet garni notes are noticeable, but so is all the ripe, sweet, peppery, intense red fruits. There is a cool vivacity to the finish, providing lift, and length. The wine was made from a blend of 50% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 20% Mourvedre and 10% Cinsault. Drink from 2022 - 2034
