Mouchonnat Annual Off-Tasting - Grands Jours de Bourgogne (Beaune): Walk around tasting. Mostly red fruits here with Asian five spice on nose and palate. Very bright textures with good enough density, this should be accessible young and drink well for decades, 91-92 point potential.

Tuesday Burgundy Cellar Visits - Mugneret-Gibourg, Dujac, Château de la Tour, and Fourrier (Cote d'Or): Barrel tasting at the domaine, with Marie-Christine creating an assemblage from several barrels. More red vs black fruit here, again very Vosne-styled with Asian five spice and impressive depth and balance already. 91-92 point potential, 2026 forward.
