Black fruit, ink, chocolate, orange zest on the nose. Red fruit on the mouth. Well ballanced with long finish. No need to be kept longer in the cellar. No potential for further improvement.

Perfect drinking time. The cork on my bottle was intact but broke while I was opening. I thought the wine might have turned, but no, it was perfect. If you have a bottle, enjoy now.

- It's in total harmony with a medium/full body. Smooth texture with a long finish - Served slightly chilled to offset the summer heat. Still full of flavors despite being well beyond the recommended drinking window. Very ripe black fruits and cherry in particular. Very long in the mouth.

Took about 30mins to blow off a bit of funk and wake from its slumber, but it became very perfumed and showed the spice of Grenache. This was 60/20/20 Grenache/Mataro/Shiraz. Dark peppercorn, potpourri, cinnamon, baked cranberries and fig aromatics. The spice profile stayed consistent from front palate to finish. Rhubarb, savory umami, mulberries, and a very unique herbal crunch toward the finish. This is still very much alive, though not getting better.

(Torbreck Steading Red) #3; COLOR-dark; NOSE-starburst reduction sauce; loaded w/ candy dots; TASTE-loaded w/ strawberry & candy; a hedonistic journey; it's too over the top, but millions love it because it's God darn delicious; the fruit is pure & explosive; nice sweet candy; many will love, but not my style; not balanced for me; JM-93; GV-89
