  Dewy roses and powerful light cherry on the nose. Sour cherry and strong acid and a fair bit of tannin in the mouth. A short-medium length finish with a touch of tar. If Super good in a light style.

  淡宝石红色，闻香有烟熏质感，草莓硬糖，草本植物和白石灰的气息，入口酸度中高，酒液咸，有矿物感，单宁紧涩，轻微的糊嘴，酒体偏轻，简单红果香气，混合着木质气息，余味微苦。简单、新鲜的一支酒，无他。

  Really pure bright cherry aroma followed by some savory/woody notes. On the palate is bright, really pure red fruit with some herbal and woody notes hitting mid palate. Very elegant mouthfeel, beautiful acidity. Tannins are there but not over powering and it paired very well with a rich gnocchi in cheese sauce dish. My only complaint is the finish was a little short. It was also very burgundy like, if tasting blind I might have said Gevrey or Pommard.

  Tasting: Quite approachable after a 2-4 hour decant and a very nice Barolo (Gattinara). As with all wines from AC - rather expensive.

  You are first greeted with a wall of structure. It breathes up beautifully in the glass to show a core of bright cherry and raspberry fruits. There's the scent of fresh roses and all sorts of savoury nuance. It has the perfect amount of flesh, underpinned by chalky tannins. Balance and length are superb. You just know it is going to age for decades but it is delightful now.
