  Pale lime flesh color
  Petrol notes and loads of green tomato vine.
  Nice acidity Needed time to open up. Tastes like the nose. Some honey notes. Dont drink too cold. A cross between a Sauvignon Blanc and a Riesling. 88 pts sipped alone but 91 with the fresh Halibut dinner. DEFINITELY a food pairing fish wine. Decent price point.
