Good Pinot for the price, but not in the range of higher end. Raspberry, cherry, a hint of chocolate, some earth, I found it to be a bit harsh in both heat and acidiity, liked it a bit better slightly chilled. NIce finish, grows on you a bit. This was my first Chilean Pinot, so I hardly am an expert, but while I wouldn't turn it down on sale its probably priced best under $14. Drank it with turkey burgers and cilantro with yukon gold potatoes and it paired very well.

Cherry Jolly Rancher, a bit of herbs, weird chemical smell. Bizarre nose, intriguing and kind of revolting at the same time.
Day 2 showed cherries, raspberries, more herbs, manure, and socks. TCA? maybe. The finish is reminiscent of the taste formed when drinking orange juice after brushing the teeth...
$6.99, average to worse...75 points but possibly corked. I'd have returned this if I hadn't drunk 2/3 of the bottle before the stink really emerged.

Dark cranberry juice color. Light, herbal nose and pine aromas and some red berry fruits, however, I wish more fruits would come through. Mostly cherry and some plum flavors with light notes of oak. Nice tannins and pleasant (somewhat spicy) finish but a little harsh on the acidity side. Overall, a lighter, slightly unbalanced yet very accessible Pinot Noir that should pair well with grilled salmon, oven-roasted chicken, or even grilled plain pork brats; I got this Pinot on sale for under $7 and as such it is a GREAT value!

(Veramonte Pinot Noir Reserva) #2; COLOR-dark; NOSE-Raid insect repellant; a little cedar; hint of raspberry on the back-end; some evergreen forest floor coming through as well; TASTE-solid tannins coming through; good fruit; nice mid-palate; tastes better than the nose; quite dry; cellar 3-5 years; decant 3 hours; GV-88

Chocolate, brown sugar, cinnamon, cherry and mint flavor with smooth, fine tannins. Elegant, medium body and pleasant acidity - Burgundian.

Paired perfectly with a grilled pork chop, tortellini with alfredo sauce and balsamic asparagus salad.
