  • Lovely nose, very approchable and rich. Delicious at this stage, my first time and already a fan

  • 1 day old bottle. Drank in Gabriel Standart.
Appearane is clear, medium intensity, yellow gold colour. Legs. Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of rich citrus Meyer lemons, ripe yellow peaches, honeyed melon and hint of pineapple, chalky rock dust minerality. Developing.
On the palate, dry, just about high acidity, medium+ alcohol (14%), medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of salty wax, rich ripe yellow peaches, yellow melon ripe Meyer lemons, honeyed almond nut hint. Long finish.
Very good quality. Rich but still overall balanced and nice drinking now with air.
