Sample tasting at work (Oinoscent): Extrovert, mineral, citrus, yeasty notes, some toast notes, brioche, ripe citrus fruit, buttery, thick core. Palate showing more freshness and fruit, brioche, quince, full body, nice acidity, lemony, long finish. Fresh and youthful

1 day old bottle. Drank in Gabriel Standart. Appearance is clear, medium intensity, yellow lemon colour. Thin legs. Nose is clean, medium- intensity, with aromas of saline wet stones minerality, chalk, citrus lemon-lime. Developing. On the plate, dry, taut high acidity, medium- alcohol (12.5%), medium body. Medium flavour intensity, with flavours of green melon, citrus lemon-lime, saline wet stones minerality. Long salivary wet stony finish. Good quality. Precise and even feels rather sharp. Quite a contrast to the more generous 2020 of this tasted side by side. Alcohol % quite telling.
