This one is like a cross between Chablis and Meursault . It has the complexity of Meursault, especially on the mid-palate, and the acidity and Nerviness of Chablis. Long finish and great with food. I found this in a wine shop locally, and they had White Bones as well. I see a trip back there to purchase both in my future!

Argentinian white wine from Mendoza: Chardonnay. 12,5 % alcohol. Fermented (partially malolactic) in French oak barrels for 45-95 days. Aged for 12-16 months in French oak barrels, previously used 2-4 times.
Decanted for 3 hours prior to consumption and then stored in decanter during the evening.
Medium golden color.
Crisp aromas of ripe pears, brioche, lemon, green apples, green herbs, white flowers, white pepper, crushed stones and minerals. Crisp and unripe flavors of green apple, lime fruit, green herbs, crushed grape seeds, yogurt, green grass and minerals.
Dry. Medium- body. Fresh acidity. Very good balance. Excellent structure. Some complexity. Elegant. Pure. Airy.
Long finish with lime fruit and crushed grape seeds.
On the positive side this is a very structured, elegant, crisp and pure Chardonnay. On the negative side this is the most unripe and closed Chardonnay I tried so far - an unripe Sancerre is what comes to mind. The wine needs hours in the decanter before it becomes enjoyable and it performs best close to room temperature. A clear disappointment compared to the previous vintage (2019). Hopefully it will improve with age. 92/100

Helt meningslöst vin tyvärr. Förstår inte vad vinkritikerna hittar i detta vin som ingen i vårt vingäng hittade. Har en flaska till som får ligga ett par år och så får vi se om den blir bättre eller vitvinssås.

More stony, and kinda boring from what I remember. Dynamic on the palate, but not really crazy amazingly so. With some dry extract.
