Tasted at the domaine with other wines in their lineup. Evolved dark color. nutty nose, honey and more savoriness on the nose. Longer. Good acidity. Coffee and chocolate notes. So much more going on than the 2020 which was all about rich fruit. This still has the richness but added decadent complexity. Warmer vintage than the 1998 Madame so a richer style but surprisingly just as good as the Cuvee Madame. 97
The bottle we bought and opened wasn't quite as intense and complex. The color was dark, but it was more primary and not hitting on all cylinders like at the tasting. Although they used a coravin, I'm sure that bottle had more time to evolve. Also the one we opened was drunk with a smaller glass, which was less ideal to show off its aromatics and aerate the wine. The one we opened was more like a 93, so I'll averaged the two scores together.

A dark gold color. Good wine with apricot flavours. It's lacking a bit of freshness and is looking a bit heavy. I would drink my remaining bottle soon.

Private dinner with friends. (@ Restaurant): Beautiful wine. Concentrated. Botrytis, apricots, orange peel, polishing wax. Beautiful balance between sweetness and acidity. Can last many years.

Clear, viscous and mouthcoating but not heavy nor cloying - both in the nose and in the taste. Lovely mix of exotic (pineapple & coconut) with green apple, pear, honey & honey suckle, and orange. Subtle layering in the mid-palate, with fine delineation in the extended finish. Very Good.

Golden hue. Spicey, milk and pineapple nose. Bit sweet, some coconut flavours. Bit drier in the mouth then the nose. Interesting wine.
