  PnP, consumed over 3 hours. Appearance: Clear, pale ruby. Nose: Clean, medium intensity with subtle, but complex, aromas of cranberry, pomegranate, raspberry, baking spice, stems, and sage. Palate: Dry, medium acid, soft medium tannin, medium- body, medium intensity, 13.0% abv with developing flavors of cranberry, tart raspberry, and spice with subtle medium+ finish.
  
  Balance: Excellent
  Length: Excellent - subtle, but persistent
  Intensity: Very Good
  Complexity: Outstanding - evolved and ever changing over 3-hour drinking window
  
  Overall, a hard wine to score as it has a lot to say but does it in whisper tones. Complexities abound here but take patience and coaxing to express themselves today. Given time, 2-3 years, I suspect this will speak more loudly. Needs air, if drinking now.

  Complex palate stood up to oven braised pork shoulder arabriatta tonight. Cranberry in front with stone fruit apricot and dark black cherry on the finish. Smokey, floral, divine.
