  • Good. Smooth, rich, would re-order.

  • As I was admiring this well balanced Chianti Classico sipping it and wondering what could be different, I noticed the alcohol content listed on bottle as 14.5%. Usually indicative of a Riserva or Gran Selezione. This wine delivers the depth, complexity and flavor profile of a higher class of Chianti. For the price, this wine is one of the better QPR wines I've been lucky to taste in a couple years. We only purchased one bottle, but for the price this could easily become an everyday wine selection. The wife is going on a mission tomorrow to find some more 2019. Side note ... I do have several bottles of the 2016 in the cellar and am both eager and afraid to give them a try. The 2019 really impressed. An amazing wine value!

  • Dark color, lots of spicy black cherries. On the more powerful chiantis scale. Good QPR and a great everyday enjoy.
