  Grabbed this without looking at my previous note; luckily this bottle showed pretty well; ripe dark fruits, sauvage, a hint of oak, some forest floor; not much in the way of tertiary notes; tannins are still prominent, but paired well with elk backstrap; still plenty of upside.

  Pop and pour; nose on this is solid; lovely earthy notes, a bit of spice, dark fruits, violets, a hint of funk. The palate was fairly rustic to start with tannins being quite prominent and overriding the fruit. With 2 hours of air it started to settle in and the fruit came out a bit more. Not going to be great, but should drink better in a few years. Seems like Burghound's 2025+ is on point.

  香气比较开放，红果之中带着一些黑樱桃、黑莓的味道，甚至有点热带水果的香气，玫瑰花香和紫罗兰花凝聚，整体凝聚集中，中段开始香料味会比较多，带点肉感。入口结构感比较强，集中度比较高，单宁量也比较大，表达有变化，布满舌面和上面，有颗粒感，随后边缘带有细粉质，表现出抓舌感，之后变得丝滑，酸度较高且贴舌。果味是红樱桃、覆盆子等红果偏黑果，整体比较紧凑坚实，还带有咸矿物、甘草、皮革、动物皮毛、一点泥土和香料粉的味道。91+/100
