Has the touch of a mint think and all the lovely elegance of '21. Just so much more. They want fresh and ready to drink. 1 week maceration then stainless tanks. All estate fruit. Orange zest and bright cherry fruit. One year in bottle. Maybe not quite as much dpeth as some '21 we have tasted. 1 year in bottle and 100% nebbiolo. The new vintage they try to make the fermentation in concrete. Erin notes its not trying to barolo, its all its own thing.
