Spritzy on the nose at first. Hay, lemon, honey, peach, lots of stone fruit. High acidity is balanced by lots of residual sugar. Surprisingly easy to drink now but will surely get better down the road

Univinum wine fair (@EDEKA Ueltzhöfer, Heilbronn, Germany): Glass: Red Wine *** brief notes for my own memory from tasting sip. No rating *** Wohoo, what a great end of this tasting event! I fell in love with this wine in spring time at my first tasting and this wine has developed nicely. Already so tempting and beautiful. Wonderful, more full-bodied and fruity Kabinett, juicy, joyful and simply deliceous. 92+

whites from Austria, Alsace, and the Mosel: light straw colour and light body. the nose is somewhat reductive but does reveal white orchard fruit and floral aromas. less reticent in the mouth, the sweetness is readily apparent on the entry and it takes a bit for the bitter minerality and citric acidity to balance it. the flavours, while concentrated, are a bit unfocused at the moment and carry thru a moderate finish.
this needed quite a bit more time, or more bottle age (or both) to gain a bit more definition on the palate. while the elements for this wine to show very well seem to be present, it is a bit amorphous at the moment and i can't say that i got a good read on it. definite upside potential here.

Grapefruit oil, pink grapefruit, lavender, apricot & tart apricot, smoky crushed rock minerals, red cherry & cherry stone, unsweetened whipped cream, violet & grape blossom.
Great freshness. Pungent, creamy & sappy.
Good acidity.
A ravishing beauty already with 2, 3+ hours air (SlowOx)
