  • Pop and pour. Consumed over the course of the evening.
Dark Cherry and Cranberry. Black and Green Tea. No. 2 Pencil shavings. Damp forrest floor. Baking spices. Continues through the palate; Feels like a whole cluster press. We're also still pretty fresh here with a '21.
This is a fun, interesting wine. A touch deeper and chewier, in a good way, than a lot of what I associate with Carneros.
Drink now with a decant or hold for a couple of years. Good wine.
