  S1: Maybe a hint of citrus, more carmel
  T: Bright acidity, clean at first, a little tannic in the middle but not astringent. Tangy up front. Red cherry, raspberry, chalky smooth texture, maybe earth on the finish.

  Not as good as the other ‘21 WS variants I’ve tried so far. Yes it’s young I know. It seems to lack the complexity needed. Not enough freshness and depth. I have one more and will give it a couple of years to prove me wrong.
