Now with catelleto on the label. 15 - 35 years old. Maceration is 10 - 15 days, fermentation in steel, aging in big tank. And there is some router fermenter on there. Only big barrell. 5000 liters.
Pretty nose to it - rich dark fruit character, powerful, but not grippy.
