  One of the last of a case I bought a number of years ago. Nose of lemon peel, petrol, and a big slap of oak. Buttery, medium bodied mouth feel, with lots of oak and some lemon. Today this wine is showing a very short finish of some oak, apple and some lingering acidity. Overall this wine just has too much oak for my tastes. Cellartracker shows this is past its drinking window, but I think there is some life left. Not as complex as it used to be, though. I recall the first time I had this wine it had a very rich, long finish, and became the first white wine I purchased in any kind of quantity.
