  Tuesday Night Blind Tasting (Bin 75): Tasted blind. Sweet & sexy in a Gevrey kind of way. Structured tannin. Young. I called it '13 Fourrier Gevrey VV.

  The Return to the Ledbury (The Ledbury, London): Its been a long time since we had a 2005 burg that was not massive or rough or a bit of everything and we felt the softer side of MstD definitely lends well to a big vintage like 2005. Savory wine at this stage and definitely in a well secondary stage, made with a light hand so the 2005 vintage does not over dominate the wine and really has a beauty to it across. elegant and with a class and albeit we are lovers of softer vintages in Burgundy this performed impressively well. 92-93 adn has another 10 years easy.
