Over the hill. However, not a total loss by any means. Rich honey color - almost like a Sauterns. On open, very flabby and buttery- no acidity or crispness at all. After some time in the glass, a better balance emerged. It ended up being a very mellow wine - rich but not overly oaky.

Medium dark, on the way to a liquour. Past it's prime, yet still interesting to drink. Seemed to open a bit with decanting.
