Fragrant nose with notes of petrol, honey, peach, apple, lemon, hay, and citrus. Lots of acidity with more lemon notes, honey, apricot, a saline note, and grapefruit on the palate. Long finish. Lovely, fully mature Riesling with great complexity. A joy to drink.

Actually the fass reserve and will continue but will be made 25 years after. And while the idea of the whole project is super charming not sure the wine lives up to the promise. On the other hand this winery cause you to question your validity as a taster.

Similar in color to the '90 Clos Ste Hune I just had. This is slightly more substantive on the palate than the first wine, but might also have a touch less acidity. To be honest, not sure I could pick a favorite right now, but will have to say that I randomly picked two pretty interesting wines for a Monday afternoon tasting.

PF. This one might have actually been mature, but as always IMHO more a wine to respect than enjoy.
