medium-pale in colour. slightly leafy bouquet. a bit of unrestrained sharpness but behind that a good creamy, melony chardonnay flavour with a good finish. Probably time to drink this one up.

Very tight initially and closed. Gave nothing away on the nose, very restrained, unyielding, almost neutral. The palate was more open with a nice balance and texture which was representative for Village Chablis. Not overly complex and the finsh was a touch drying but pleasant.
