  Lovely. Really showing the saline, almost crustacean, flavours with pungent seaside aromas. The definition of Kimmeridgian. Very nice day two as well. Amazing how this wine has developed In The last 2-3 years

  At first, very strong cat pee on the nose -- good concentration and length but not necessarily pleasant! Decanted and left in fridge an hour, improved markedly.

  Perhaps more interesting than pleasurable. Nose is dominated by strong, distinct honeysuckle (chevrefeuille), perhaps cat's pee. Good length and weight and acidity. Might leave the last few bottles a few years to see if the wine settles down into something a bit more balanced.

  Thistasted like a confused wine. It was tart, buttery, oaky, all at different points and could't decide what it wanted to be.
