  Calvari 2004: rosso rubino scuro, denso ed uniforme. Naso chiuso, lattico, con legno in evidenza, speziato e dolce, scuro nel frutto. In bocca e' relativamente esile, il tannino non e' ben integrato. Ha freschezza e sapidita' ma al momento e' sgraziato. Lascia comunque ben sperare

Weirdly manages to be dusty and silky on the palate, lacks freshness and has just too much of bitter charcoal oak. Very persistent, spicy. Could be too young of course, but not for me anyway.
