My first grenache-based fortified wine. Lightweight, with rich, polished dark red/purple fruit accompanied by a nice tang. Seemed to be in great balance.

Whilst quite delightful, not as interesting on the palate as I had remembered from initial tasting. More port like and less light and fruity than anticipated.
