This wine is so elegant, soft and mature with a tremendous finish. On the nose it is an aged Bordeaux like wine with cherry fruit, lead pencil, and earth. On the palette not quite one of the best of the Bordeaux but quite respectable. Slightly acidic with dried cherry and definetly a dried earthy texture.
The wine is worth finding and ready right now !

The nose was beautiful in it’s maturity, showing spicy floral tones, dusty dark earth, dried orange, black cherry and minerals. On the palate, I found soft textures with zesty acidity giving way to dried cherry, savory spices and minerals. It finished incredibly long and remarkably fresh for it’s age, still showing a hint of tannin, with dried red fruits and lingering minerality.

Opened two days and retasted. More unbalanced as the acidity and tannins are overwhelming the fruit tonight. Still respectable.
I like to try wines a day or two out and as such am reporting these declining notes. Not worth punishing an otherwise really good wine.

Past its peak, fading fruit, but still enjoyable. Drink now.
